PRD32117 - Provision of Detailed Design Services for Secondary Design Upgrade Including SCADA, Protection and Control System on PWC 132kV DKTL Network

Background/Objectives:

A comprehensive secondary system upgrade of telecommunications, SCADA and Protection system is required at Zone Substations (ZSSs) on the 132kV DKTL system. Legacy SDH/PDH, SCADA (SCD5200 etc.) and Protection Relays currently installed are now at their end-of-life and end-of-support phase. Provision of detailed design services is required to replace the out of date/obsolete equipment on the critical 132kV DKTL transmission line infrastructure.

Description of the procurement activity:

The services of engineering design consultant to produce detailed design, is required for the upgrade of obsolete/end-of-life SCADA and Protection system on the 132kV DKTL system.
