Katherine Region - Ngukurr and Rittarangu Communities - Provision of Demolition, Construction, Repairs and Maintenance, and Upgrade Works for Northern Territory Government (NTG) Housing Infrastructure for a Period of 36 Months

A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises new residential construction, demolition of existing structures, civil works in establishment of building pads and ancillary site works including connection to services, refurbishment and upgrades of existing dwellings in both Remote Community and Government Employee Housing assets. The Principal may increase the works to be delivered under this contract by issuing a Quotation Request.

The Standing Offer Agreement provides a long-term commitment to the Contractor for a continuous stream of works in the neighbouring communities of Ngukurr and Rittarangu. This will support Government’s objectives in the development of Aboriginal Business Enterprises (ABE), improving local employment outcomes and providing opportunities for local employees to achieve training objectives such as apprenticeships and/or relevant certificate qualifications.
