Alice Springs - Provision of Cleaning Services at Alice Springs Youth Justice Centre for a Period of 12 Months

The Department of Territory Families, Housing and Communities (TFHC) is seeking a suitable cleaning Contractor to undertake the cleaning services at the Alice Springs Youth Justice Centre for a period of 12 months.

The cleaning Contractor is required to be available to clean 7 days a week, and be able to commit to cleaning the centre between the hours of 7.30pm – 10.00pm or 5.00am - 7.30am, and must be able to provide a high quality cleaning service within the facility as outlined in the Request for Tender (RFT) document.

The following services to be carried out are, but not limited to:

• General cleaning in staff office areas and common areas;
• Classrooms and young people common areas;
• Medical and dental rooms,
• Bio-hazard cleaning as required;
• Pressure washing as required;
• Removal of items from fence as required; and 
• Emergency cleaning as required.
