Tender Details

The Darwin Ship Lift Project requires a PMO System to ensure effective delivery of the bespoke incentivised Target Outturn Cost contract model being used on the project.  The Northern Territory Government currently do not have ant current PMO System in place which would allow for an auditable, efficient, transparent and accountable project delivery of a major project (~$0.5 billion).
