Engage a suitably qualified contractor for the provision of scheduled, non-scheduled, and ad-hoc repairs and maintenance services to evaporative and refrigerated air conditioning units in urban housing assets located in the Tennant Creek township and Elliott.

The successful contractor will be required to provide:

• Scheduled maintenance services such as 12-month servicing
• Non-scheduled services considered time critical and necessary to restore a building or component to a safe or functional level of service
• Ad-hoc services such as requests for technical reports, mechanical installations, workshop repairs, make-safe arrangements, and attending recalls.
