Angurugu - Stage 2 Sewerage Reticulation Upgrades and New Sewer Pump Station 2

The NTG is investing money to improve the current housing in the remote Aboriginal Communities; this has triggered the requirement to upgrade the existing headworks infrastructure. The objectives of this Project are to replace the remaining sections of the old aging CED system with new gravity sewerage reticulation system and installation of new emergency overflow pipework to support NTG remote housing program. This Project will include the removal of septic tank systems which will reduce environmental health risks to the community with the end of life CED system This project will provide opportunity for remote economic development and Aboriginal employment in full recognition of Northern Territory Government (NTG) policy
