Currently the Northern Territory Police Fire and Emergency Services Dog Operations Unit maintains 20 police dogs throughout the Northern Territory, when fully staffed there is maximum capacity for 24 dogs. There are three locations Darwin, Alice Springs and Katherine who require the supply and delivery of specialty wet and dry food for the dogs on a monthly basis for a period of 36 months. The Northern Territory Correctional Services Dog Squad maintains 21 dogs throughout the Northern Territory. There are two locations Darwin and Alice Springs who require the supply and delivery of speciality dry dog food for the dogs on a monthly basis for a period of 36 months.
