Top End Health Service - Provision of Occupational Violence and Aggression Train the Trainer Module for a Period of 36 Months

Provision of the following under the Contract:

1.      24 x 7 access to comprehensive online resource centre with a blend of training programmes and tools to meet the diverse needs of services and staff.

2.      Face to face analysis meetings with services/facilities to conceptualize specific requirements.

3.      Online training needs analysis tool to establish the specific training needs for our staff and the risk behaviours and scenarios to be covered in the training (demonstration that the training is suitable and sufficient i.e. ‘fit for purpose’).

4.      E learning package (to be loaded onto the learning management system, providing a blended approach to reducing time away from the role, refresh and induction where required).

5.      Course based face-to-face train-the-trainer model which focuses on preventing incidents, communication, de-escalation skills and personal safety awareness. This includes how staff can avoid injury when supporting people with complex needs and behaviours that challenge, such as safer working practices.
