Alice Springs - Provision of School Bus Services for a Period of 60 Months

The Contractor will provide a student only school bus service for the transportation of eligible passengers on gazetted school days. 

 Eligible passengers are:

(a)         Students attending the School in Alice Springs as per the areas identified in the RFT; and

 

(b)         Such other persons as may be authorised in writing by the Ordering Officer from time to time as circumstances warrant.

There are approximately 195 gazetted school days each year.  

Start and finish times of schools vary and are determined by the Department of Education.  The Contractor is required to make their own enquiries to determine start and finish times of school.
