All Centres - Provision of Senior and Chief Executive Officer Executive Search and Recruitment Services for the Northern Territory Public Sector for a Period of 12 Months

The Office of the Commissioner for Public Employment (OCPE) are establishing a Panel Contract to undertake Executive Recruitment Services for the Northern Territory Public Sector (NTPS) as required.

It should be noted, the Panel Contract is not seeking traditional labour hire services that are generally provided to trade and industry businesses.

The main Regional centres where the services may be delivered are Darwin, Katherine, Tennant Creek and Alice Springs.

Contractors under this Panel Contract may be required to undertake any or all of the following search and recruitment services for Senior Executive and Chief Executive Officer roles, for the term of the Contract:

·                         Coordinate and prepare an advertising campaign in appropriate media;

·            Conduct a comprehensive executive search for potential candidates within Australia, and if necessary overseas;

·                        Provide the Recruitment Panel with a shortlist of candidates for their consideration;

·                       Organise interviews on behalf of the Recruitment Panel;

·                     Attend the interview to provide scribing services, perform the necessary reference and background checks for each candidate, and prepare selection reports for the Recruitment Panel; and

• Candidate care throughout the recruitment campaign including notifying the selection outcome and providing feedback to candidates.
