Detailed design and documentation to upgrade Stuart Highway/Lambrick Avenue Intersection to address the delays experienced at peak hour. 

Intersection upgrade will include channelised turn treatments, traffic signal modifications, street lighting, drainage, better protection, safety barriers and design for services relocations where required.
