The requirement is for Gantry’s for lifting Gas Chlorine drums at Water Tank Compounds and improved road access at Gunbalanya and Maningrida.  The primary objective is the safety of operations staff to enable the transfer of drums to the chlorine dosing facility without the need for machinery and ad hoc methods that in many cases is not available at the time of delivery.
