The Department of Environment, parks and Water Security require the following services to be provided consisting of:
· Litter Control including the sweeping/ vacuuming of car parking areas, roadways and paths within the premises and the clearing of gutters and drains.
· Mowing and edge trimming of established grassed areas.
· Mulching of garden beds and shrubberies.
· Weed Control for entire premises.
· Pruning of shrubs and trees
· Watering of all lawn areas, trees, garden beds and shrubberies.
· Inspection and reporting on & maintenance of automatic irrigation systems.
· Fertilising of all grassed areas, garden beds and shrubberies.
· Replacement of damaged plants.
· Identification and reporting and control of insect and fungal pest infestations.
· Provision of additional services as required.
