Provision of Digital Investment Attraction Roadmap For the Northern Territory

The Northern Territory Government is seeking a suitably qualified experienced Consultant to develop the Territory Digital Investment Roadmap. 

The Consultant will deliver four documents in a staged manner:

1: The Territory Digital Investment Roadmap (the Roadmap), for the next 10-15 years outlining:

a)       the priority sectors for the Territory’s digital investment attraction efforts

b)       a timeline of the optimal sequencing of digital investments and enabling capabilities

c)       key risks and critical success factors

2: Investment attraction/market engagement strategy by priority sector identified in the Roadmap including the:

a)       drivers for investors

b)       Territory’s fit – including an assessment of the Territory’s competitiveness and actions to de-risk the investments

c)       target companies and key influencers in Australia, SE Asia and internationally

d)       nominal size/capex of the investments
