Provision of Grounds Maintenance at Various Power Stations for a Period of 36 Months

The services to be provided under the contract consist of:

1.         Litter control including the vacuuming / blowing of car parking areas, roadways and paths within the premises and the clearing of gutters and drains.

2.         Mowing and edge trimming of established grassed areas and vegetation.

3.         Mulching of garden beds, shrubberies, trees and limbs.

4.         Weed control for entire premises.

5.         Pruning of shrubs and trees.

6.         Watering of all garden beds, trees and shrubberies within the premises.

7.         Inspection, repairs and reporting on automatic irrigation systems.

8.         Identification and control of minor insect and fungal pest infestations.

9.         Firebreak maintenance.

10.      Road sweeping.

11.      Tree removal and stump grinding.

12.      Replacement of damaged plants.

13.      Line marking.
