Northern Territory Treasury Corporation (NTTC) requires the services of an internal auditor to complete its internal audit functions for the financial years ended 30 June 2022 through to 30 June 2026.
The Consultant will require a strong understanding of financial instruments and treasury operations to assess and recommend best practice internal controls in a financial markets environment applicable to a government entity.
Deliverables are required to meet specified time-frames around regulatory framework compliance and are provided to NTTC management, Chair of NTTC’s Advisory Board and Audit Committee, the Executive of DTF and the NTAGO.
The Consultant may also be invited to provide certain management consultancy services including ad-hoc advice relating to accounting matters and individual projects such as the review of internal processes and/or frameworks.
