A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises:
• Decommissioning, removal and disposal of existing packaged air-conditioning systems AC-1, AC-2 and AC-3, as well as the in-ceiling unit AC-4.
• Supply, install and commissioning of 4 new packaged air conditioning units, ductwork, pipework, controls, and all associated items serving the health centre.
• Modify the existing MSSB is Plantroom 1 and Plantroom 2.
• 12 months preventative maintenance and defects liability.
