The Department requires a suitably qualified and experienced consultant/s to carry out economic studies for the maritime, agribusiness and minerals industries, including to:
• develop economic valuations at whole-of-industry and sub-sector levels
• report on both baseline performance and future growth scenarios for each industry and subsectors
• inform the development of evidence-based industry growth targets and, subsequently, industry
strategies and initiatives
• establish baseline measures for monitoring and evaluating industry performance
