Darwin - Provision of Sonic Drilling and Monitoring Well Installation at Sandy Flat Mine Site

The Legacy Mines Unit is undertaking mine waste characterisation and groundwater modelling at the former Sandy Flat mine site. This information will be used to inform remediation planning at the site. The provision of sonic drill rig services is required on-site to penetrate the mine waste, particularly the waste rock dumps. The Contractor will also be required to supply and install monitoring wells. Drilling will be supervised by an environmental consultant who is engaged through a separate contract.
