All Centres - Panel Contract for Early Careers Recruitment Services and Workplace Support for a Period of 24 Months

The Department of Corporate and Digital Development is establishing a panel contract for services to support delivery of its Early Careers Programs, including: NTG Traineeship Program; Aboriginal Employment Program; Graduate Development Program; and Vacation Employment Program.

The types of services required under the contract, include:

1. Recruitment Services - including sourcing, screening and short-listing of participants and, where relevant, managing traineeship sign-ups.

2. Workplace Support - offer personalised support for participants that are experiencing challenges in the workplace in respect to adjusting to their work environment.
