Darwin Region - Bees Creek - Construct Training Facility

The construction of a single storey ground level training facility for the National Critical Care Response unit, comprising offices, training classrooms, and breakout spaces, first aid room, storeroom, IT room, kitchen, staff tearoom and amenities. Construction in the main is thickened edge reinforced concrete slab, steel framed walls clad externally with colorbond metal wall cladding and steel framed roof construction. Scope of works includes groundworks, site services infrastructure, building services including electrical works, mechanical including air conditioning, kitchen exhaust and mechanical ventilation and hydraulics works including new grease trap and septic tank disposal system.
