Royal Darwin Hospital - Managing Contractor Contract - Construction of New Mental Health Inpatient Unit and Associated Works - Mandatory Site Inspection

The work to be carried out under the Contract comprises the delivery of:

(Works Package 1) the planning, construction and commissioning of a new three storey building housing a Mental Health Inpatient Unit, Stabilisation and Referral area, and a third level cold shell only; and
(Works Package 2) the planning, construction and commissioning of an upgrade of the Central Sterilisation Services Department (CSSD) within the existing Main Ward building.

Works Package 1 and Works Package 2 must be carried out in accordance with the Contract and Existing Design (note the Existing Design is not yet complete).
