Darwin - Panel Contract for Delivery of Creative Services for a Period of 24 Months

Tourism NT requires a panel of creative service providers to enhance the destination marketing strategy for Tourism NT and to execute the creative strategy. The panel will be for two categories, Category A - Strategic Projects and Category B - Directed Projects.

Category A - Strategic Projects requires the provider to formulate sound creative strategy based on ongoing analysis of market research, consumer insights and competitive landscape and to translate those insights into creative solutions that align with Tourism NT's objectives, resonate with the identified target audience and reinforce positioning.

Category B - Directed Projects requires the provider to deliver projects from a direct creative brief, where strategic development is not required.
