Alice Springs - Accelerated Regional Accommodation

The Northern Territory Government (NTG) is seeking Tenderers to deliver new residential dwellings in Alice Springs. Through the Request for Tender (RFT), the NTG seeks to address the shortage of residential accommodation by offering long term leases in exchange for the construction of new dwellings. The NTG will enter into up to 90 long-term head leases with developers in exchange for the developer constructing additional private dwellings for sale or lease. The NTG leases will represent up to 50% of the developers available dwelling (e.g. 90 NTG leased dwellings and 90 private dwellings.
