Tennant Creek Region - Elliott Town Camps - Demolition of 4 Homes and Construction of 8 New Homes

A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises:

•    Site survey, site servicing plans, civil works and grading plans, wastewater management plans (septic tank system) and site investigations including geotechnical;

•    Demolition and building permits;

•    Demolition of structure and an existing concrete slab located on lot 179;

•    Upgrading of two (2) Road Clearance Poles (RCP) located between lots 179 and 180 and out the front of lot 182 to PWC Standards; 

•    Moving tenants to and from transitional accommodation homes; 

•    Demolition of four (4) existing homes and removal of existing septic tank systems on lots 180, 182, 194 and 211;

•    Construction of eight (8) new Remote Community Housing homes and the connection of services
