Katherine Region - Borroloola - Provision of Responsive, Vacate, Planned Works and Grounds Maintenance to Urban and GEH Housing for a Period of 36 Months

The works consists of the delivery of “as and when required” repairs and maintenance and minor new works programs to occupied and vacant dwelling assets owned by and/or leased to the TFHC within Borroloola township or as noted. 

Works and Services to be delivered over the term of the contract include but are not limited to:

  • Responsive repairs and maintenance.
  • Vacate repairs, maintenance and planned works [capital improvements] to un-occupied dwellings.
  • Unscheduled Works and Services requiring a quotation from the Contractor.
  • Grounds maintenance to unit complexes within Borroloola Township.
  • Arboreal services
