The scope of works to be delivered under the contract comprises of various remote housing works including, but not limited to:

- Remote Urban Housing Construction,

- Associated Professional Services to support construction activities, and

- Repairs, maintenance, construction, and other works to Northern Territory Government Assets or other assets as directed.
