Darwin - State Square - Nichols Place - Landscape Maintenance for a Period of 12 Months
Period contract is for grounds maintenance including Mowing, Pruning, Litter clean up/removal & Irrigation repairs/management. This is a 12 month Period Contract with the possibility of 2 x 12 month extensions starting from the date of award.
Multiple client stakeholders and sites. (State Square represents the bulk of the contract)
