The consultant team engaged under this contract will provide all the required Project Management services for National Aboriginal Art Gallery (NAAG) in Alice Springs, and will be required to have an extensive understanding of various methods of contract delivery including MC contracts (MCC) and ECI, or similar. The consultant team will be required to manage the existing design contract and the procurement and ongoing management of the MCC.
