Barkly Region - Ampilatwatja and Tara - Provision of Construction Works for Northern Territory Government (NTG) Housing Infrastructure

The delivery of the Our Community. Our Future. Our Homes. Program includes Homebuild NT and Room to Breathe which is the construction and upgrade of new and existing housing to help address overcrowding in communities.

 

The scope of works to be delivered under the contract includes;

•           Construct 8 new homes in Ampilatwatja on lots 24A, 24B, BT39/44, 44, 49, 52, 59 and 91.

•           Modify 10 dwellings in Ampilatwatja at lots 26, 54, 56, 60, 61, 72, 74, 82, 92 and 99.

•           Modify 6 dwellings in Tara at lots 13, 14, 18, 28, 35 and 37.
