Administration Building Aircon Duct Cleaning

Mould was identified during workplace safety inspection at the Administration building.
Sample was submitted to Trakondy to do further testing to identify the extent of the mould.
Based on the preliminary mould/microbial assessment report, the areas assessed is classified as a
Condition 3 Environment- an indoor environment contaminated with the presence of actual mould growth and associated spores.

Territory Generation has the requirement for an appropriately certified contractor to provide HVAC cleaning services.
