The successful consultant will be required to undertake design and documentation of a new 40 bed Boarding facility for secondary students in Tennant Creek, including;

-          Two Residential Buildings, each to accommodate 20 student boarders plus 1 gap flat and 1              night manager;

-          An Administration Building for staff office space and support services;

-          A Community Building with commercial kitchen and dining space;

-          Landscape works;

-          All required head works and engineering services infrastructure
