Co-location arrangement for Sydney Office Space for a Period of 48 Months

Tourism Australia will provide Tourism NT with the use of office accommodation and other services and facilities as follows:

-          A discrete, usable and unique office space for the purposes of accommodating 8 workstations;

-          Basic occupation entitlements of the Premises and access to shared spaces and facilities, including the use of common toilet facilities, security access, stairs, landings, lifts, lobby, reception area and reception services, conference room(s), kitchen and meeting facilities;

-          Furniture for 8 workstations;

-          Outgoings of the building (including for example building services, rates, taxes, levies, insurances required by the Landlord, cleaning the land and building in which the Premises are located, caretaking, security, management, administration;

-          Cleaning of the Premises;

-          Electricity for the Premises; and

-          Access to Tourism Australia’s Internet and Phone Connections
