To improve our customer experience, Power and Water is initiating a procurement activity to engage an external consultant to provide expert guidance and develop an enhanced and effective Customer Experience Strategy. This strategy will be built upon the insights gained from prior efforts, lessons learned, and a comprehensive analysis of our current state. The consultant will also need to consider customer needs, expectations, and industry best practices to develop a customised strategy that is aligned with Power and Water’s goals.
