This contract is to provide onsite checks, data recording and maintenance in areas where PWC do not have full time staff to undertake these tasks.  Normally the USC will, upon direction from PWC, respond to faults to ascertain the actual problem before PWC staff travel to the site to make repairs.

The contract will provide Water Services with a vital resource in carrying out work on PWC infrastructure.
