·         Provision of Mechanical and Electrical Repairs, Maintenance and Installation Services to NT Government Assets for a Period of 36 Months on an ‘as and when’ ordered basis and applies to various locations specified.

·         The Contractor shall supply all labour, material, equipment and plant necessary to carry out the work.

·         The Contractor is to provide all temporary signs, lighting and barriers as required.

·         All works shall be in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards, the National Construction Code and manufacturer’s instructions for installation and maintenance.
