Darwin Region - Darwin Shiplift - Construct Project

To construct a new Ship Lift Facility, which includes the following:

·         Dredging, reclamation and spoil disposal;

·         shiplift facility (ship lift Principal supplied);

·         a vessel transfer system, including a SPMT and a garage (transfer system Principal supplied);

·         vessel transfer areas, slabs and hardstand areas;

·         internal roads and road furniture;

·         storage facilities and operational infrastructure;

·         all other associated marine infrastructure, wharf assets and berth fixtures, including fenders, bollards, mooring systems, ladders and prefabricated access gangways;

·         trestles for vessel support (out of water), lifting and transfer; 

·         vessel wash bay, blast and paint facility and hardstand areas;

an administration building and gate/guard house.
