Construction of a new 3 lot residential subdivision in Alpurrurulam, including all earthworks, roads, hydraulic services and electrical works. 

The scope includes all subdivision works including:

  • Demolition and removal of existing structures and underground infrastructure
  • Earthworks construction and site grading
  • The construction of new roads and drainage infrastructure
  • The installation of a new sewerage infrastructure
  • The installation of a new potable water reticulation system
  • The installation of a new electrical reticulation system
  • The installation of a new communications reticulation system
