The Scope of Works to be delivered under this contract are separated by packages of works and will include various works including, but not limited to: 

·         The demolition of various structures including Remote Community Housing dwellings;

·         The construction of new and/or replacement Remote Community Housing dwellings; 

·         The construction of new Government Employee Housing dwellings. 

·         Undertake Room to Breathe Works on various Remote Community Housing dwellings; 

·         Undertake upgrades on various Remote Community Housing dwellings; and

Relocating tenants to and from transitional accommodation homes
