The successful contractor will be required to undertake a detailed road design for the upgrade of Santa Teresa Road from 20.3km to 62.8km.  Scope of services include site inspections, engineering survey, geotechnical investigation, pavement design, traffic signs, line marking, estimates including road safety audit.
