Darwin - Provision of Territory Bonds Registry Services for a Period of 60 Months

Northern Territory Treasury Corporation (NTTC) is required under the Inscribed Stock Regulations to establish and maintain a register of inscribed stock holders.

Specifically, NTTC requires an experienced fixed income bond registry manager to provide the following services:

·         Accept and process investor applications

·         Assist NTTC to transition away from the current manual cheque based application process and develop an online application portal accepting electronic payments

·         Set-up of all Inscribed Stock issues

·         Maintenance of NTTC's Inscribed Stock Register

·         Processing investor bond buy backs

·         Monthly reporting

·         Issuing notices to investors as and when directed

·         Registry bank account reconciliations

·         Lodgement of quarterly ATO activity statements
