East Arnhem Region - Provision of Building and Plumbing Maintenance Services to NT Government Facilities for a Period of 36 Months

A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises of the provision of building and plumbing maintenance services to NT Government facilities for a 36 month period.

The Contractor shall supply all labour, material, equipment, plant and consumables necessary to carry out the work.

The contractor is to provide all temporary signs, lighting and barriers as required.

All works shall be in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards, the National Construction Code and manufacturer’s instructions for installation and maintenance.

The Contractor must undertake works in accordance with this specification, project specific requirements and the Standard Specification for Small Building Works V.20.0 edition.
