Darwin - Defence Accommodation Precinct - Replace Air-Cooled Condensers and Packaged Units - Mandatory Site Inspection

A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises:

·           Decommission, demolish and provision of 6 x air-cooled condensers (2 x Accent Air Model AC0410P, 1 x Accent Air Model AC0700P, 1 x Accent Air Model AC0630P, 2 x Accent Air Model AC0530P) at rear of central kitchen dining

·           Decommission, demolish and provision of 1 x new air-cooled condenser (1 x Accent Air Model AC1050P) and 2-off packaged AC units (2 x Accent Air Model AP0700P) at rear of indoor Sports area

·           Site access to back of Indoor Sports area is restricted with culvert drains, bridges and low overhead walkways (Mandatory Site Inspection)
