Construct and equip new bore (EB3) near the existing electric bores (EB1 & EB2) and constructed associated compound and water rising main.

Undertake all electrical works upgrades of the entire electrical bore field and undertake control systems works for the new bore EB3.

Relocate existing gas services to enable Stage 2 civil works to take place.
