The Scope of Works to be delivered under the contract will include various works including, but not limited to:

-  The demolition of various structures including Urban and Remote Community Housing and/or Government Employee Housing.

- The construction of new and/or replacement Urban and Remote Community Housing.

- The construction of new and/or replacement Urban and Remote Government Employee Housing.

- Room to Breathe - modify existing Houses.

- Undertake upgrades on various Remote and Urban Public Housing or Government Employee Housing as and when required.
