Darwin - Provision of Flexirider Bus Services for a Period of 48 Months

The purpose of the Palmerston Flexirider (the Service) is to provide two services per weeknight at approximately 10:00pm and 10:30pm for passengers arriving at the Palmerston Bus Interchange on the last two incoming Darwin bus route services. At this time of night there are no connecting local bus routes into the Palmerston suburbs. The Flexirider is provided as a substitute for the local Darwin bus network and delivers to destinations on demand.
