Katherine Region - Yarralin Health Clinic - Construction of a New Carpark

A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises:

-         Locate underground services.

-         Demolish existing carpark and dispose the waste.

-         Conduct civil works and prepare site for concrete pour.

-         Pour concrete and finish it.

-         Clean site and rectify defects.

-         Handover carpark.

The contractor is responsible to produce and provide inspection reports, permits and certifications as required.

It is crucial all works to be completed prior wet season. The Contractor must complete all works until October 2024.
