Alice Springs - Provision of Venue Hire, Catering and Audio Visual Services for the 2024 Brolga Northern Territory Tourism Awards

DITT requires the services of a suitable venue to host and cater for the 2024 NT Brolga Tourism Awards Gala Dinner, that has adequate space to accommodate the following event requirements:

·        Air-conditioned gala dinner event space for up to 350 guests, sit down plated three course meal, (soft drinks, local beers and wine), cash bar for beverages (spirits) and adequate mingling space, photo wall areas, large presentation stage, dance floor and trophy tables.

·        A separate air-conditioned area for red carpet arrival, pre-dinner drinks including arrival signature beverage, canapés and registration for up to 350 guests.

High quality extensive audio visual equipment supply and operation by experienced technical operators.
