Darwin Region - Gimbat Road - South Alligator River Bridge Pile Repairs

A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises of repair and maintenance works to address existing defects on the South Alligator River Bridge to ensure its structural integrity for continued use.

Works include:

•       Removal of all debris and tree logs stuck underside of the bridge

•       Steel repairs of the severely corroded pier steel members including surface preparation, welding and coating.

All works to be completed with appropriate methodology, and management plans in place and implemented.
