Darwin - Concept Design and Cost Estimate for Strauss Water Treatment Plant Stage 2 and Storage Facility

The Concept Design and Cost Estimate will be develop to a level sufficient to provide input into future Environmental Impact Statement (EIS)
and stakeholder consultation processes, project delivery risk and delivery options model assessment, and business case development and 
funding request for implementation of the AROWS project by DIPL. 
The Concept Design and Cost Estimate components will consist of:
• Management and Coordination 
• Reference/Concept Design
o Water Treatment Plant
o Ancillaries (electrical supply, roads, interfacing, etc.)
o Investigations Allowance
• Cost Estimating
o Capital Cost
o Operating Cost
o Cost Risk Workshops
• Consideration of community engagement / environmental regulatory inputs
